In private lessons, school-age students experience an encouraging learning environment where individual abilities and preferences are developed through exciting literature, motivational rewards, positive performance experiences, and the best in pedagogical approaches.  
     Private students work at an individual pace and have a program of study that best suits their interests, abilities and goals.  Close communication  between studio and home keeps parents involved and assists them in being supportive partners, thereby helping to ensure maximum success for each student.  Voice students need to be at least eight years old to begin voice lessons.
    Voice students work on developing music literacy and basic technique.  Students will have a 30-minute lesson each week and will be expected to practice at least 20 minutes, 5 days per week (100 minutes total).
