Miss Sarah graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a Bachelors in Music Education: Vocal Emphasis.

 

Her career began in upper elementary through children’s choirs and private voice lessons.  She began teaching elementary music in January of 2005 at Liberty Elementary School. In 2006, she began teaching vocal music at West Middle School.  Miss Sarah has served as the State Co-Chair for Circle the State with Song and was the 2015-2016 State Co-Chair for the OkMEA All-State Children’s Choir. Numerous students have successfully auditioned and performed with All-State Choirs.

Beginning in August 2016, Sarah began her own music business, Ponca City Young Musicians. She teaches music to little ones at various day care centers in Ponca City. She teaches a K-3 homeschool music class along with private voice lessons. She hopes get a homeschool choir up and running in the near future. She also teaches music classes part-time at Kildare School.

Miss Sarah resides in Ponca City with her husband, Joshua, and her precious children Timothy and  Karis.
